Debbie LeBlanc - 1st Vice President

The First Vice President shall perform the duties of the President when the President is absent or unable to serve.  The First Vice-President shall be the Program Chairperson and handle all related correspondence. ​​

Debbie moved to the Meadows in 1972 (before it became a city).  In her time here, she's volunteered as Team Mom for her son’s T-ball team and helped with the Swim Team. Debbie has had a unique role in the city by serving as election Judge for Meadows Place for approximately fifteen years. She is thrilled to now be serving on the board of the Meadows Home & Garden Club.
