3rd Vice President

The Third Vice-President shall serve as the Chairperson of the Ways and Means Committee.  In the absence of the President and aforementioned officers, the third Vice President shall perform the duties of the President.

Beverly McMinn

Beverly McMinn  This is Beverly's fourth year serving on the Ways and Means Committee.  Beverly joined the Meadows Home and Garden Club with a desire to be part of the community and help make a difference for our students by overseeing the committee that develops ideas to raise money for scholarships.

Beverly graduated from Incarnate Word Academy in 1971.  She started her career serving the public by working for Harris County.  In 1990 she began working as a court clerk for the City of Meadows Place.   In 2004, the City of Meadows Place appointed Beverly to the position of Associate Judge, a position she held until her retirement on May 31, 2019.   She is certified as a Level I court clerk and is respected by the city for the hard work she has done in all aspects of city government.

Beverly has two children, Tracie and Kimberly and one grandson Hunter.
