Scholarships
The Meadows Home & Garden Club has been presenting scholarships for residents of the City of Meadows Place since 1995. If you are a graduating senior and a resident of Meadows Place or any resident of Meadows Place and are interested in pursuing higher education, apply for our annual scholarship!
Applications should be scanned and emailed to the Meadows Home & Garden Club's Scholarship Chairperson, Kay Ewing. Her contact information is on the application form.

Scholarship applications are accepted each calendar year from January 1st and April 30th
2020 Scholarship Recipients
Michael Brough
Michael Brough is a 2020 Dulles High School - Math & Science Academy graduate. He plans to attend Case-Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, majoring in Chemical Engineering and Music. Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude, and has been involved in many clubs at school including officer positions in National Honor Society, Math Honors Society, and Future Problem Solvers, as well as starting his own band (Backbeat Boyz). He has been a part of the Meadows Marlins Swim Team since he was four years old, and has been a volunteer and assistant coach for the team.

Emily Smith
Emily is a 2020 Dulles High School graduate. She was a part of her high school band for the last 4 years with junior year as a drum major and senior year as the head drum major. She also was a part of the National Honor Society. Emily will be attending Texas A&M University in the Fall to study Allied Health in hopes of going to nursing school.
