Shirley Isbell - Secretary

The Secretary shall keep the attendance record, record the Club proceedings, read the minutes, and conduct the correspondence of the Club. ​

 Shirley served as co-chairperson of the successful 2013  Spring Home &  Garden Tour “Improve, Don’t Move!” with her husband, Alderman John Isbell.  She and John also co-chaired the 2019 Tour.

Together they have served the City of Meadows Place in many volunteer and leadership positions.  Shirley previously served on City Council as Alderman 2.   Shirley and John Isbell have been married since 1978, have two children, (John and Jared) two daughters-in-love, (Jessica and Brittany) and three wonderful grandchildren (Catherine, Carl, and Clara).  The Isbell’s credit the safe home-town atmosphere of caring neighbors and family-oriented amenities of Meadows Place for helping them succeed and economically achieve their objectives. 

​She is presently a board member of Star Charities – All Volunteers in Action and City of Meadows Place Precinct 2022 Chairman.  Shirley has a BS in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and a Masters in Global Business from Texas A&M.
